Terms of Service

Violation of this agreement will result in the termination of your Allgive charity selection, invalidate your accrued search-related actions previously credited to a participating charity, and the denial of your computer systems from accessing Allgive.com or Allgive.com content in the future.

1. For each calendar quarter, Allgive.com will divide the number of validated searches performed on behalf of each charity and divide such number by the total amount of validated Allgive.com searches performed during the calendar quarter to determine the percentage of the quarter’s profits to be distributed to each charity.

2. Searches will be validated by Allgive.com and will require the use of a cookie and JavaScript for charity assignment and for validating search and click actions.

3. Payments will be in U.S. Dollars. Contributions are payable net 60 days for each calendar quarter. Allgive.com has no obligation to make any payment for any period where the total due charity is less than $100. Allgive will carryover payments due charity until the amount due charity exceeds $100.

4. Charities are responsible for updating Allgive’s charity accounts payable database to ensure timely and accurate contribution delivery. Allgive.com is not responsible for any contributions due to a charity with missing or wrong contact information on record.

5. You must not copy, redistribute, translate or modify the content available on the Allgive site nor modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Allgive.com.

6. Web search box code and Allgive.com logo links provided by Allgive.com are for public use and may only be published on sites and blogs without modification to the code or layout.

7. You must not send automated queries of any sort to our site, including but not limited to, use of software, bots, or the hiring of individuals to drive up search or click volume.

8. We reserve the right to modify or terminate Allgive.com for any reason, without notice at any time.

9. We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time, by posting the altered version on this website.

10. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

11. You must be at least 13 years of age to submit information to Allgive.com.

12. We may, but have no obligation to, remove charities that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.

13. We give no warranty or other assurance about the quality, accuracy or appropriateness of any third-party websites linked to from Allgive.com. We do not monitor or screen such third party content. We hold no liability and claim no rights
to third party content.

14. We give no warranty or other assurances about the quality of the participating charities or how they use the funds contributed through Allgive.com. We recommend each user of Allgive.com to do their research before selecting a charity.

15. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Allgive.com.

16. The content included on this website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, and images is the exclusive copyrighted property of Litmus Media, Inc.

17. Allgive.com grants you a temporary license to use the copyrighted material for the sole purpose of using Allgive.com in accordance with these Terms.
